Hybrid cables

In our chainflex® product portfolio you will find the right hybrid cables in cost-effective PVC or halogen-free PUR as the outer jacket material. Hybrid cables represent a combination of motor cable and encoder cable, which enables energy cores and data elements to be combined in one cable. The hybrid cables with a bending radius of up to 10 x d represent an optimal solution where the installation space in the energy chain is restricted or should be saved.
For the chainflex® hybrid cables, we use mechanically optimized shielding concepts with very high optical coverage to protect the cores from nearby interference signals. Our hybrid cable series are designed according to well-known manufacturer standards such as SIEMENS, SEW and Bosch and can therefore be connected to the drive systems without any problems.
