The PRT-02-30-WPC product range consists of a wood-plastic combination with 50% wood and 50% plastic. This is the first time we are offering a material combination that consists of 50% renewable raw materials and requires no lubricants.

The new PRT slewing ring bearing is particularly light, flat and cost-effective compared to the rest of our PRT series. At just 8mm, it is also only half as high as the slewing ring bearing of the PRT-04 series.

Stainless steel slewing rings with A181 sliding elements

The PRT-04 with stainless steel rings is suited for heavy loads due to its high rigidity. Sliding elements made of iglidur® A181 give this PRT slewing ring bearing FDA conformity, so it can be used in sectors such as food and packaging.

With our new PRT with adjustable torque you can increase the torque by up to 5Nm allowing a smooth operation and a certain self-locking degree. The slewing ring is based on our proven PRT-01-30. This means that our modular system has been extended to include the 01 series.

The dry room / cleanroom PRT

iglidur® PRT-04-100-CR - slewing ring bearing with dry room certification

Our iglidur® PRT-04-100-CR was specifically developed for cleanrooms. It offers the same technical specifications as the PRT-04-100 and also has lower particle emissions thanks to covering the outer rings.With the parameters 10kg load and 0.5m/s speed we get a result according to Class 3 and with a structure with a pivoting movement of 180° and 0.1m/s on Class 4. Quite recently, now also with additional certification for dry room. Tested in dry room and cleanroom for Air Purity Class 3 (according to ISO 14644-1), at 22°C room temperature, <1% humidity (dew point -40°C). Overall result ISO Class 7.

Our new PRT-01-700 can accommodate static loads of up to 32t and tilting moments of up to 10,000Nm. It is therefore a perfect addition to our standard product range. The slewing ring bearing comes as a ready-to-install solution and can be integrated directly into your application. The PRT can be used anywhere, and its lubrication-free sliding elements make it insensitive to dust and dirt. The housing is made of lightweight anodised aluminium. Its high rigidity suits it perfectly to heavy-duty applications.

iglidur® PRT-02-30-ECO – Sustainable performance

We use regranulates in our iglidur® PRT-02-30-ECO. They are especially sustainable because they are made from raw materials that have already been processed. The selected iglidur® P4 and iglidur® M260 materials work very well together and produce a long service life.

iglidur® PRT-04-100-CR – slewing ring bearings for cleanrooms

Our iglidur® PRT-04-100-CR was developed specifically for cleanrooms. It offers the same technical specifications as our PRT-04-100 and also has lower particle emissions thanks to coverings on the outer ring. 10kg of load and a speed of 0.5m/s gives us a Class 3 result, and a structure with a 180° pivoting movement and 0.1m/s gives us Class 4.

iglidur® PRT-05-15-PC – Lightweight and durable

Our iglidur® PRT-05-15-PC slewing ring bearing consists of injection-moulded components that are inexpensive to manufacture and easy to assemble. The simple design ensures a light, strong structure. The materials used, iglidur® M260 and P4, have at least 97% regranulate content and offer a durable combination of materials. 

Universal sliding elements

Sliding elements for tailor-made slewing rings

Our universal sliding elements achieve excellent coefficient of friction and wear, even with high loads. The flexible Z design allows them to be used for individual installation sizes. The crossbar connections allow them to be adjusted to different diameters. Their height can also be adjusted, so they can meet different tolerances. The sliding elements' symmetrical structure means that all load directions can be accommodated with just one component. The sliding elements require no lubrication or maintenance and are therefore perfectly suited for dry operation.
